  1. By participating in this citizenM competition, you (the participant) agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. This competition is organized by citizenM Operations Holding B.V., located at Leidseweg 219, Voorschoten, the Netherlands.

‍

  1. Information about how to enter and the prizes are part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions is invalid.

‍

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of citizenM, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition cannot participate in the competition.

‍

  1. There’s a maximum of one entry per participant (as represented by email) for this competition.

‍

  1. Participation process: enter the giveaway by filling in the form on the citizenm.market website. The participant has officially entered the giveaway after the complete form is submitted.

‍

  1. The prize: 
  • 4 pillows with pillowcases
  • 1 XL king-size (220x220cm) duvet, including cover
  • 1 citizenM Market bag

‍

  1. The competition starts Monday 7 July 2025 at 9:00 PM CET and ends Sunday 13 July at 11:59 PM CET. Entries outside this period are invalid. 

‍

  1. On or about 14 July 2025, one winner will be picked at random and privately emailed by brand.production@citizenm.com. To claim their prize, the winner must reply to the email within three working days after receipt of the email. After three working days, the prize is considered forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen and notified as indicated above.

‍

  1. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, citizenM reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

‍

  1. Prizes may be subject to income tax in the jurisdiction of the participant. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge and agree any taxes, duties, or other fiscal obligations arising from the acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the participant.

‍

  1. By entering the competition, participants agree citizenM may use his/her/their name, image and photographs for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation – and agrees citizenM will own copyright in any such images, photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Statement (available at citizenM.com/privacy-statement) and also according to any applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Incomplete or illegible entries, as well as entries not complying with the terms and conditions, will be rejected. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group entries will be accepted. Any attempted interference with the running of this competition will result in a void entry.

  1. citizenM will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information concerning this competition or any technical errors that may occur during administration of this competition.

‍

  1. citizenM reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in exceptional circumstances outside its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by citizenM.

‍

  1. The decision of citizenM regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.

‍

  1. Any complaints regarding the competition must be sent in writing to citizenM, Leidseweg 219, 2253 AE Voorschoten, the Netherlands – or via marketing@citizenM.com.

‍

  1. This competition shall be governed by Dutch law and the Dutch Code Promotional Games of Chance. Any disputes will be exclusively dealt with by the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
